Feel the Fear and Love it Anyway! - teach your mind to throw water on the fire of feeling your survival is threatened. This was used to treat soldiers with PTSD. For those of you who know NLP- this is NOT the fast phobia cure.

Sniper Breathing - A general breathing exercise that makes you feel like a Marine about to unleash his or her battle skills. Useful all day in most situations.
